NANPA fosters professionalism and ethical conduct in all aspects of our endeavors.

Cat Specialist Group:  The IUCN/SSC Cat Specialist Group brings together more than 200 of the world’s leading cat experts, including scientists, wildlife managers and conservationists from 50 countries who are dedicated to advancing the understanding and conservation of the world’s 36 wild living cat species.

Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB):  The RSPB is the UK charity working to secure a healthy environment for birds and wildlife, helping to create a better world for us all.

The David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation (DSWF):  David Shepherd is known internationally as an artist and ambassador for wildlife.  DSWF supports a range of innovative and far-reaching projects throughout Africa and Asia, achieving real results for wildlife survival.

Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS):  The Wildlife Conservation Society saves wildlife and wild lands, doing so through careful science, international conservation, education, and the management of the world’s largest system of urban wildlife parks, led by the flagship Bronx Zoo. Together, these activities change individual attitudes toward nature and help people imagine wildlife and humans living in sustainable interaction on both a local and a global scale.

Endangered Wildlife Trust (EWT):  The Endangered Wildlife Trust conserves threatened species and ecosystems in southern Africa by initiating research and conservation action programmes, preventing species extinctions and maintaining biodiversity, supporting sustainable natural resource management and communicating the principles of sustainable living through education and awareness programmes aimed at the broadest possible constituency to the benefit of the people of the region.

International Snow Leopard Trust:  The International Snow Leopard Trust is the oldest and largest organization focused solely on developing successful strategies for protecting the snow leopard and its habitat.

African Bird Club:  Raises money to support conservation projects in Africa through the Conservation Fund & encourages an interest in the conservation of the birds of the region.

The African Bird Image Database has been created to bring together photographs taken in the African region of as many bird species as possible. We hope this will provide both a useful tool for researchers and a splendid collection of photographs for anyone to browse.

Fauna and Flora International (FFI):  FFI is the world's longest established international conservation body.  It is one of the few organisations whose remit is to protect the entire spectrum of endangered plant and animal species on the planet

Wildlife & Environment Society of South Africa (WESSA):  WESSA is a membership-based environmental organization that promotes public participation in caring for the Earth.

Mun Ya Wana Leopard ProjectThe project, based in Kwa Zulu Natal, South Africa is investigating the following concerns:  1.  Protected areas are providing a source population for hunting in adjacent areas.  2.  Properties engaging in hunting are drawing entirely on ‘overflow’ from protected populations rather than fostering populations on those properties. 3.  Levels of persecution outside protected areas may be so high that protected populations are unable to increase and may be diminishing.

The Cape Leopard Trust (CLT) aims to establish the first rigorous population estimates for leopards in the Cederberg (in the Cape area of South Africa), quantify the extent of leopard removal from the region, identify conflict hotspots in the Cederberg landscape and assist in dealing with leopard-farmer conflict.

The Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust (WWT):  WWT is the largest international wetland conservation charity in the UK

The Galapagos Conservation Trust (GCT):  GCT works to ensure the conservation of the biological diversity of the Galapagos archipelago.  GCT raises awareness and funds for the conservation needs of the Galapagos principally through its support of the Charles Darwin Foundation and the Galapagos National Park.

World Land Trust (WLT):  The World Land Trust is an international conservation charity (Reg. No. 1001291), based in Halesworth, a rural town in Suffolk, UK. Since its foundation in 1989 as the World Wide Land Conservation Trust, the World Land Trust has been working to preserve the world's most biologically important and threatened lands, and has helped purchase and protect over 300,000 acres of habitats rich in wildlife, in Belize, Costa Rica, the Philippines, South America and the UK.

BirdLife South Africa:  The South African representative of BirdLife International - BirdLife South Africa is the lead organisation for everyone interested in birds and their survival.  Their mission is to promote the enjoyment, conservation and understanding and study of wild birds and their habitat.

The Worldwide Fund for Nature (WWF) WWF is the world's largest and most experienced independent conservation organisation - a truly global network, working in more than 90 countries.

Friends of Calakmul:  Help to preserve the Jaguar's habitat in the Calakmul Biosphere Reserve in southern Mexico.

National Audubon Society:  A long-established North American Bird Conservation society.
